SVG symbols are now embedded along with all the terrain images. The only other things you need are QGIS version 3.42.0 (or later, when available): https://qgis.org/download/

I've tested the GeoPackage on 3 different computers and everything seems to work, but please report any issues.
I've learned a lot in doing this, and all future GIS work will be using the GeoPackage format from the start which will save me a lot of work later. It is an open format, so you can export the data, as well as the SVG icons, in other programs as well.
